Logging in from a kiosk

To log into ETM from a kiosk:

  1. From a kiosk, ensure that you can see the ETM Login page.
    If you do not see the Login page, click Logout on the page. This logs the previous user out of the system. If you cannot locate Logout, call the ETM support line for further help.
  2. Swipe your badge ID card through the card reader that is attached to the kiosk.
    Your badge ID number is automatically displayed in the User Name field.
  3. Specify your PIN number in the Password field.
    For security, your PIN number is displayed as stars in the Password field.
  4. Select the language in which you want to work. For example, English.
    If you do not choose a language, English is selected by default.
  5. Click Enter.
    The ETM Menu page is displayed.
