Viewing the course enrollment or withdraw status from the Inbox

Using ETM or the Message module in the main application, employees can view course enrollment or withdraw responses that are received from their supervisors.

To view course enrollment or withdraw responses through the Messaging module:

  1. Select Messages from the menu bar.
    The Inbox page is displayed.
  2. Find the course enrollment/withdraw reply message.
  3. In the From column, click the link to view the course enrollment or withdraw details.
    The Course Registration or Course Withdraw form is displayed.
  4. Select any of these options:
    • Click Return to Inbox to return to the previous page.
    • Click Show History to view the workflow history of the form.
    • Click Print to print the displayed information.
