Verify the Migration

After you have migrated the data to the destination database, you can verify the transaction by selecting the Verify Migration Transactions action. The Migration Transaction page displays a non-editable, but sortable, list of the user-initiated successful and partially successful migration, export and rollback transactions that occurred for the selected destination database. Click a migration record in the top panel to display its migration history in the bottom panel. When a migration is successful, two Migration History records will be created; a Migration Initiated record, and a Migration Completed record.

Migration Transactions fields

Migration ID
A system-generated unique ID that can be used to search for audit details in the application.
Status
The current status of the migration, export, or rollback, as successful or partially successful.
Last Updated
The timestamp details of when the actual migration or rollback completed.
File Name
The migration or export filename.
Export User
The user who created the migration or export file.
Export OS User
The operating system user name. This is the operating system user who logged in when the migration or export was file was created.
Export Date
The timestamp details of when the migration or export file was created.
Purpose
The reason why the migration or export file was created.
Source Database
The database from which the data was migrated.

Migration History fields

History ID
A system-generated unique ID for the history record.
Migration ID
A system-generated unique ID that can be used to search for audit details in the application.
Action
The migration or rollback action (i.e., Initiated, Completed, Cancelled).
User
The user who performed the migration or rollback.
OS User
The operating system user name. This is the operating system user who logged in when the migration or rollback was performed.
Purpose
The reason why the migration or rollback was performed.
Summary
A brief description of the migration or rollback details.
Time
The timestamp details of when the action was performed.
