Change Configuration Settings

By default, in the Change Configuration Settings screen, the Configuration File field points to the Migration Tool configuration file and the Custom Schema File field is blank. For information about these files, see Migration Tool Files.

The Change Configuration Settings screen (Administration > Change Configuration Settings >) is only accessible from the Select Action (Home) page of the Migration Tool.

If you change the Configuration File setting, the Migration Tool will be disconnected from any active database connections.

To change Configuration Settings:

  1. Select Administration > Change Configuration Settings.
  2. Click Change next to the configuration or custom schema filename you want to change.
  3. Select the filename from the browse window and then click OK.
  4. Click Save to confirm the configuration or custom schema filename change.
  5. Click OK to permit the Migration Tool to reload the new file.
    Note:  If you change the Configuration File setting, the Migration Tool will be disconnected from any active database connections.
