Enabling Maintenance Mode

Users in the SYSTEM ADMINS security group can enable or disable Maintenance Mode.

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Maintenance Mode Manager.
  2. Click Turn On.
The application is placed in Maintenance Mode and an alert triangle icon is displayed in the Header Menu. Users that are not SYSTEM ADMINS are redirected to a page notifying them that the application is in Maintenance Mode. You can click Turn Off to disable Maintenance Mode.
