Balance information card
This table describes the additional balance information that is shown in the card:

| Accrued in current year | Number of accruals to the specific balance that have been recorded in the current year, up to and including today. |
| Used in current year | Amount of the balance for the current year has been used, up to and including today. |
| Current | Today's balance (the same value that is displayed under the without hovering). |
| Future Approved in current year | Requests or balance adjustments that have been approved for later in the current year, but have not yet been decremented from today's balance. |
The values shown in the pop-up card are calculated based on transactions in the employee balance log. Depending on your registry settings, different types of transactions can be included in the calculations. These registry parameters affect how the displayed amounts are calculated:
- DISPLAY_CORRESPONDING_BALANCE_DEDUCTIONS_ONLY
If this parameter is set to True, cascade or transfer transactions are not included in the calculation of the Accrued value. Also, cascade or transfer transactions are included in the calculation of the Used and Future approved values for only the balances that they were decremented from.
- LOG_MESSAGE_TO_INCLUDE_ON_USED_AND_FUTURE_APPROVED_BALANCE
This parameter specifies one or more transaction types that will be included in the calculations for the Used and Future approved balances if they have positive values. By default only transactions with negative values are included.
- SHOW_BAL_DEDUCTIONS_TIMEOFF_AND_OVERRIDE_ONLY
If this parameter is set to True, the transactions used to calculate the Used balance include only approved time offs and balance overrides. By default, all transactions are counted, including approved time offs, balance overrides, balance cascades, and balance transfers.
