Configuring when LTA overrides are applied during rule execution

You can configure when LTA overrides are applied to timesheets during rule execution for a calculation group. Options for the LTA run location are before clocks, after clocks, or after timesheet overrides. When the LTA run location is set for a calculation group, the value takes precedence over the global LTA_RUN_LOCATION registry value for employees who are assigned to the calculation group.

For example, the LTA run location may vary for exempt and non-exempt employees.

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Toolkit > Quick Rule Editor.
  2. Select a calculation group in the Calculation Group field.
  3. Click Go.
  4. Select one of these values from the LTA run location drop-down list:
    • BEFORE CLOCKS
    • AFTER CLOCKS
    • AFTER TIMESHEET OVERRIDES

    If you do not select a value in this field, then the value specified in the LTA_RUN_LOCATION registry is used. See "LTA_RUN_LOCATION" in the Infor Workforce Management Registry Parameter Reference Guide.

  5. Click Save.
