Batch Approvals page

You can only batch approve or reject forms that are marked eligible for batch authorization. The forms that are eligible for batch approval are specified in the Form Builder. See the Tools Administration Guide.

The Batch Approvals page contains lists of application form requests in the Pending status, such as vacation requests, and their details. From one page, the authorizing manager can approve or reject multiple requests without accessing each request individually.

You can group the form requests by form type or employee roles. For example, the user can select Vacation Request Form from the Forms drop-down list and Role from the Nodes drop-down list and Workmail will display a list of Vacation Request Forms for authorization.
