Viewing and editing folder details

From the Config Utility page, you can also click Edit next to a folder to view the folder’s details. In the Edit Folder page, you can view the folder’s name and description, group permissions, sort order ID, and metadata values that have been previously assigned to the folder.

To view or edit existing folder details:

  1. Click Config Utilities.
  2. Click Edit corresponding to the folder that you want to view or modify.
  3. View or edit the fields as required.
  4. Click:
    • Submit to confirm your changes and return to the Config Utility page.
    • Save to confirm your changes but remain in the Create New Folder window.
    • Cancel to cancel the changes you have made and return to the Config Utility page.
The application will display a notification to confirm an update if the folder was updated.
