Deleting folders

You can delete a folder from the Folder Tree. When you delete a folder from the Folder Tree, you also delete the folder’s content items or subfolders and remove the folder’s content from the database. Once deleted, you cannot restore a folder or the contents of the folder.

To delete a folder:

  1. Click Config Utilities.
  2. Click Delete corresponding to the folder you want to remove.
  3. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
The deleted folder and all the related content will no longer appear in the Config Utilities page.
