Enabling the About Your Personal Info page in ETM

The About Your Personal Info page provides some general information and guidelines for the user on the type of personal data that is collected in WFM and how it is used. This page can be configured to be displayed in the desktop, mobility, and ETM applications.

The About Your Personal Info page is hidden by default and must first be enabled by setting the appropriate security permissions for users that will have access to the page in the application.

To enable the About Your Personal Info page in ETM:

  1. Click Config Utilities.
  2. Click the folder icon of the Employee Data folder to open it.
  3. Click Edit next to the About Your Personal Info content item.
  4. Click Pick Group Permissions.
    The Choose Groups window is displayed.
  5. Select the security groups that you want to give access to view the About Your Personal Info page. For example, EMPLOYEE and SUPERVISORS.
  6. Click Done.
  7. Click Submit to confirm your changes. At the confirmation notification, click OK to return to the Config Utility page.

After these steps are complete, the About Your Personal Info page will appear as a tab under the Employee Data page in ETM for the users that you selected in the previous step.
