Override types

Overrides are used to keep records of all changes to employee records and data in Workforce Management.

Overrides can be shown on these pages:

  • Daily Timesheet

  • Employee Overrides page

A set of standard override types is provided, such as Employee Schedule overrides and Work Detail overrides. You can also create your own override types for use in the Daily Timesheet, starting from the standard base types.

Note: The override popup for any additional overrides that you create is currently shown in the Daily Timesheet only. It is not yet supported in the Weekly Timesheet, Mass Edit Creation, Mobility, or the Self Service Portal.
