Inactive Clocks Alert

An Inactive Clocks alerts has been has been added to the application. The alert creates a mail message that lists all clocks that have not communicated with the server within a defined period. The alert uses the last poll date in the reader maintenance form to determine whether a clock has passed the threshold. The default period is set to 60 minutes but can be configured based on business requirements. An associated task, Alert – Inactive Clocks, has also been added to enable the Inactive clocks alert.

The Last Poll Date field in the reader maintenance form now includes the time. In addition, the new Inactive Clock Alert also uses this information.
