Quick Rule Editor

The Quick Rule Editor Template was updated to reflect the new rule names. Users can now jump between conditions via the condition set name links.

The Discount Time Codes parameter was added to the Daily Overtime rule, which defines time codes that count toward daily overtime but are not paid at weekly overtime.
