Enhanced Workmail notification message when employee's timesheet is modified

When enabled by the NOTIFY_EMPLOYEE_OF_TS_EDITS registry parameter, a Workmail notification is sent to an employee when another user other than WORKBRAIN or SYSTEM has edited the employee's timesheet.

In this release, the notification message has been enhanced:

• The employee name of the user making the timesheet edit can now be displayed.
• The date of the edited timesheet now uses the SHORT_DATE format, which depends on the user's locale.
• The date/time the edit was made now uses the SHORT_DATE_TIME format, which depends on the user's locale.
