Schedule Compliance

Users do not have to add Schedule Compliance rules in a fixed, prioritized order. Users can add rules into the system at any order and then change the order later.

Four new staffing rule preferences have been added:

• Maximum x closing shifts per schedule
• Minimum 2 consecutive days off
• Minimum x hours between shifts
• Maximum x weekends in month (Sat/Sun Combos)

Schedule Compliance has been integrated with the Shift Trade feature. When an employee commits to a shift trade, verification is performed to determine whether the schedule compliance constraints, such as required job qualifications and availability, for the person receiving the new shift are violated.
