Extends the existing release and submit workflow, enabling customers to configure custom solicitation paths that skip levels in the corporate hierarchy.

Mass Edit by Value

Enables budget managers to change values for multiple locations on the Labor Budgeting Worksheet by adding or subtracting a value. Previously, the mass edit functionality only allowed for percentage changes.

Mass Edit Distributed

Enables budget managers to add or subtract a value on the Labor Budgeting Worksheet that is then proportionately distributed to a set of locations in the hierarchy.
