Time Off Planner enhancements

The Time Off Planner includes these enhancements:

• Send a workmail to a supervisor when a pending time off request has been withdrawn
• Optionally display the employee's schedule information on the calendar
• Display the totals on the balance information card on the calendar using a year start date other than January 1
• Warn users of any unsubmitted requests when they try to navigate away from the Time Off Calendar
