Update of JDBC driver files and libraries for Java 7

The WFM application is now compiled with Java 7. As a result, the following libraries and JDBC driver files have been updated:

• SQL Server JDBC Driver: sqljdbc41.jar (replaces sqljdbc4.jar)
• Oracle JDBC Driver: ojdbc7.jar (replaces ojdbc6.jar)
• Apache 2.0: commons-dbcp2.jar (replaces commons-dbcp.jar)
• Apache 2.0: commons-pool2.jar (replaces commons-pool.jar)
