Selecting the report format before running or scheduling a report

To improve usability and performance, you can now select the output format of the report (HTML, PDF, or Excel) before the report runs. When running a report, you can display the report in PDF or Excel format without generating the report in HTML first. When scheduling a report, you can generate only the output formats that you require.

Note: This feature does not apply to burst reports, which generate only HTML output.
