Location Copy performance in Configuration Editor

A set of simplified queries have been implemented that improve the performance of Configuration Editor when copying locations. To enable the queries, set the system > modules > scheduleOptimization > MASS_CONFIG_LOCATION_COPY_PERFORMANCE_MOD parameter to true. The queries are disabled by default with a setting of false.
