Shift Trading

In previous Workbrain versions, a shift trade represented a trade in shift only (and not job). In Workbrain 4.1, a shift trade action means that two employees will trade both the job and the shift together; this is common practice within many industries, including retail. When a shift trade occurs, all of the following are traded:

• Job
• Time
• Department (and any other work details)
