Clock Server installer improvements

The Clock Server installer user experience for both GUI and console mode was updated and improved. Some of the changes include:

• A new Swipe Responses panel to configure messages for accepted swipes.
• A new panel called Schedule Validation Parameters.
• Updated help panels.
• General usability improvements.
