RTSS cleanup

As part of the RTSS schema cleanup, these tables were removed from the Workforce Performance Metadata Model:

  • RTSS_SCHED_SHIFT
  • RTSS_SHIFT_TYPE
  • RTSS_PROCESS_RULE

None of the reports depend on these tables.
