Display EMP_NAME in scheduling screens

The EMP_NAME column can be displayed after employee names in the ASV and MR and OTS edit screens. When the registry parameter DISPLAY_EMP_NAME is set to true, employee names are displayed in the format EMP_FULLNAME - EMP_NAME in the employee rows in ASV. In the MR and OTS edit screens, this format is used in the employee rows and in the Assignment and Labor Metrics panel.
