Pay Rules and Conditions
Weekly Overtime Plus Rule
This existing rule has been updated to now allow implementations to allocate overtime to an employee’s non-home team first. When so configured, this update ensures that an employee’s home team does not pay the cost of overtime due to temporarily loaning out that employee.
Balance Transfer Rule
This new rule allows implementations to set up calculation groups to transfer an employee’s balance from one balance to another. The new rule can also be configured to clear out the balance.
Is Nth Day In Period Condition
This new condition allows implementations to determine a timesheet’s date in relation to a variety of time periods. The time periods can be week, pay period, month, quarter, and year.
Worked N Minutes Condition
This existing condition is now enhanced to include an “operator” parameter. This parameter allows the condition to compare a specified threshold against the employee’s current total worked time (<, <=, =, >=, >).
Is Employed Period Condition
This new condition checks to see if an employee has been employed for a specified interval. The condition can be placed against the employee’s hire date, seniority date, or a user-defined field.
