Remove interval requirements for fixed shifts not covering workload

WFM now provides an option that removes the automatically created interval requirements records for fixed shifts that do not cover workload, when the Budget Adjusted Workload (BAW) feature is in use. If a customer does not want to see these interval requirements in the coverage graphs and calculations, this option allows users to specify that the system removes the records.

This feature is disabled by default and can be enabled with the SO_BAW_DELETE_FIXED_SHIFT_IR registry parameter. For more information, see Registry Parameter Reference Guide.
