Approved schedule compliance warnings: poster

If the shift trade bid generated schedule compliance warnings and the supervisor approved the warnings, the poster can accept or reject the shift trade. The bidder will receive notification after the poster accepts or rejects the shift trade.

If a rejected compliance warning exists for the poster, the bidder receives a notification from the workflow indicating that the shift trade has been rejected.

  1. Open Shift Trade.
  2. Select the Yes option.
  3. Optionally, specify the details about the approval or the shift trade in the Comments field.
  4. Click Submit.
    The bidder will receive approval notification, including the Schedule Compliance warnings and the supervisor approval.
