About this guide

This document provides information and guidelines for implementing the Shift Billboard module in Infor Workforce Management (WFM). Teams can use the Shift Billboard to post shifts that can be claimed by employees that want to work the shifts. Managers can reduce understaffing by posting open shifts.

The Shift Billboard can be used by customers who create schedules using the Multiview Scheduler (MVS) module or the Labor Forecasting and Scheduling Optimization (LFSO) module.

Intended audience

This guide is intended for system implementers and system administrators. It assumes that you have good knowledge of the WFM application and of the features of the relevant scheduling module. This guide calls attention to, through notes or through separate chapters, Shift Billboard features that are specific to either the MVS or LFSO module.
