Shift Billboard forms

Shift Billboard forms control the information in the Workmail messages that are sent to users as part of billboard transactions. Forms can be used to notify users of the status of a transaction or to request approval decisions. Customers can configure forms to alter the presentation of the Workmail messages or the included information.

The forms listed below control Workmail messages displayed to users in the desktop application, mobility, and ETM..

  • Post Shift To Billboard
  • Claim Billboard Shift
  • Withdraw Billboard Shift
These forms control Workmail messages displayed to users in the Self Service Portal. These forms can be configured using Form Studio.
