Hiding the message action buttons

As a system administrator you can hide the message action buttons (Delete, Reply, Reply All, Forward, and Recover) for users in specific security groups.

  1. Tap Messages on the application menu.
  2. Tap Config Mode at the bottom of the application menu.
  3. Tap any message in the Inbox to open it.
  4. Tap the left configuration icon at the top of the message details.
  5. In the Message Actions section, tap the security icon beside the action to hide.
    The Security Configuration window is displayed.
  6. For each security group, select Deny from the Permission Flag drop-down to hide the action or select Act to show the action.
    Note: The action is available for users in security groups that do not have a permission flag specified.
  7. Tap Save and close the window.
  8. Tap the Settings button at the bottom of the application menu to leave config mode.
  9. Reload the page for the changes to take effect.
