HTML clock Confirmation Required screen

After editing the date and time for the missed swipe and clicking Submit, the employee is presented with the Confirmation Required screen. This screen displays the date and time for the missed swipe. Once the employee has read the disclaimer, they can click Yes if they agree and want to submit the selected date and time for the missed swipe.
