Cognos reports

To run a Cognos operational report in Workforce Management, you must have the WFMIR-Consumer security role assigned to you in Infor OS Portal. If you get an error message, ask your system administrator to verify if you have the appropriate security role to execute reports.

The information that is shown depends on the type of report that you are running and the parameters that you specified. If a report has multiple pages, you can use the links at the bottom of the page to view additional information. You can also use the buttons in the top right corner to view the report in other formats.

This table describes the buttons that are shown when you run a report:

Button	Description
	Go back to report parameters selection page Returns to the Selection Parameters page. The report parameters that you selected previously are preserved so you can rerun the report. Note: If you specified All for a parameter value, a blank field is displayed when you return to the Selection Parameters page. A blank value is the same as All.
	Run Report as HTML Opens the report as an HTML page.
	Run Report as PDF Opens the report as a PDF.
	Run Report as Excel Opens the report as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Note: You must open the Microsoft Excel file before saving it to your computer. If you are presented with the option of either opening or saving the Microsoft Excel file, open the report first, and then save it.
