Viewing Year at a Glance reports

The Year At A Glance report is divided into two panels. The top panel shows a 12-month calendar, while the bottom screen shows the details corresponding to the highlighted dates in the calendar.

The Detail View section shows the details of the selected reports underneath the 12-month calendar section. It defaults to the Day view but you can also view the Month or Year details.

To view Year at a Glance (YAG) report details by day, click Day in the Detail View section.

If you are viewing Schedule records, this Detail View data is displayed:

  • Date: The employee's work date.
  • Employee: The employee's name.
  • Shift: The shift the employee worked.
  • Description: A description of the shift.
  • Start Time: The time the shift started.
  • End Time: The time the shift ended.

If you are viewing Overtime records, this Detail View data is displayed:

  • Date: The employee's work date.
  • Hour Type: The hour type incurred during the overtime period.
  • Description: A description of the shift.
  • Employee: The employee's name.
  • Value (hrs*multiple): The duration of the overtime incurred (hours).

If you are viewing Absences records, this Detail View data is displayed:

  • Date: The employee's work date.
  • Time Code: The time code incurred during the absence.
  • Employee: The employee's name.
  • Description: A description of the shift.
  • Value: The duration of the absence incurred (hours).

To view Year at a Glance (YAG) report details by month, click Month in the Detail View section.

If you are viewing Schedule records, this Detail View data is displayed:

  • Month: The month to which the Schedule records apply.
  • Employee: The employee's name.
  • Shift: The shift the employee worked.
  • Description: A description of the shift.
  • Count: The number of times the employee worked the shift in the month.

If you are viewing Overtime records, this Detail View data is displayed:

  • Month: The month to which the Overtime records apply.
  • Hour Type: The hour type incurred during the overtime period.
  • Description: A description of the shift.
  • Value (hrs*multiple): The duration of the overtime incurred (hours).

If you are viewing Absences records, this Detail View data is displayed:

  • Month: The month to which the Absences record applies.
  • Time Code: The time code incurred during the month.
  • Employee: The employee's name.
  • Description: A description of the shift.
  • Value: The duration of the absence incurred (hours).
