Adding the No data contents tab
The No data contents tab controls what the report displays when no data is returned. Follow these steps if you need to customize the message or localize the message for other languages.
- Click and select .
- Click .
- Click inside the report header.
- In the Properties toolbar, click the icon and specify List.
- Double-click the No data contents property.
- Specify Content specified in the No data tab and click .
- Click the No data contents tab, and then click the text item.
- Click the Text source variable property.
- Specify Locale in the Variable field and click .
- Click Condition explorer tab. and click the
- Select the variable.
- Double-click the text item.
- Specify the message that will be displayed when there is no data returned. For example, specify No data returned using specified parameters. and click .
