Metadata model
The metadata model is used for the included application reports and to author custom reports.
This table lists the packages that are available:
| Metadata package | Description |

| WFMBurst | The WFMBurst package is used for building
burst reports. Burst reports can be displayed on users' launch pad when they
access the application. The sample Cognos launch pad components use the
WFMBurst package. The WFMBurst package uses a similar structure to the WFMStandard package, but it handles user and team information differently. This package organizes the data by burst key instead of filtering for the user running the report. This allows a burst report to be executed once with the output tailored to multiple users. See WFMBurst package. |
| WFMReportAudit | The WFMReportAudit package is used to report on the usage of other reports, such as how long a report takes to execute. |
| WFMRetail | The WFMRetail package is used for developing
burst reports specifically for the Labor Forecasting and Scheduling
Optimization (LFSO) module. See WFMRetail package. |
| WFMStandard | The WFMStandard package is used for
developing general-purpose reports and queries. This is the default package
that is loaded when creating custom reports and queries. See WFMStandard package. |
| WFMSystem | The WFMSystem package is used to report on
system administration data, such as audit data and import and export
processes. See WFMSystem package. |
