PWD_REPEAT_COUNT

This parameter specifies the number of different passwords that a user must use before being allowed to repeat a previously used password.

For example, if this value is set to 5, a user who had previously used the password “hello” is not allowed to reset their password to “hello” until they have used 5 different passwords.
