BATCH_PROCESS_SIZE

Description

This parameter controls the frequency of commits that are made during the Employee Import, Holiday Assignment Task, Full Recalculate Task, Process Clocks task, and Supervisor Summary updates. The value specifies the maximum number of records that are retrieved and processed at a time.

Valid values

Any positive integer value.

Default value

For new installations, this parameter is set to 20.

For upgrades of existing installations, this parameter is set to 200.

Note: For existing installation, we recommend setting this parameter to a lower value to avoid timeout issues.
