Setting this value to True enables the user layout preference. As a result, when users view the Labor Budgeting Worksheet, their preferences are saved so that the next time they open the worksheet, the worksheet displays the most recent layout, corresponding locations, and periods. If this registry entry is set to false or is empty, then the user layout preference is disabled.
