Adding Job and Skill in shift configuration

  1. Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Advanced Settings > ES DATA Definitions > Shift Configuration.
  2. Specify this information:
    Unit
    Specify the unit to display.
    Date
    Specify the date by clicking the calendar icon.
  3. Click Load.
  4. Click the Pencil icon next to the preconfigured shift label you prefer to add job and skill.
  5. Select Edit from the list to open the Edit Shifts page.
  6. To add a job to the shift, click the Activity tab.
    1. If the schedule has not recorded any work activity yet, click +.
    2. Specify this information:
      Start Time
      Specify the start time of the activity.
      End Time
      Specify the end time of the activity.
      Work Activity
      Specify the work activity type of the shift.
      Job
      Specify the job to link with the shift. You can click on the database lookup to view the list of available jobs.
  7. To add a skill to the shift, click the Skill tab.
    1. Click +.
    2. Specify this information:
      Name
      Specify the name of the skill.
      Level
      Specify the level of the skill.
      Mandatory
      Select this check box if the skill is required for the shift.
  8. Click Save.
