Editing labor metrics in rotation rows or template rows

You can edit labor metrics for Mater Rotation (MR) rotation rows or One-time Schedule (OTS) template rows. These labor metric changes are applied to individual row versions.

  1. Edit an MR, or edit an OTS that is based on the OTS template you would like to edit.
  2. Click Edit Template to enter row version editing mode.
  3. Create a new row version or open a row version that is in the DRAFT status:
    • To create a new row version, right-click inside the Employee column for the row you would like to edit and select New Version. Specify the effective dates for the row version and click Create.
    • To open a row version that is in the DRAFT status, right-click inside the Employee column for the row you would like to edit and select Show Versions. Click Load next to the row version you would like to edit.
  4. Click the Employee column on the row you are editing.
    The Assignments and Labor Metrics panel is displayed.
  5. Select the Labor Metrics tab.
  6. Edit the labor metric fields as needed.
  7. Right-click inside the Employee column and select Save to save the row version.
