Editing data elements

You can edit data elements on a shift when editing an MR or OTS in Schedule mode.

  1. Edit an MR or OTS.
  2. Right-click a shift and select Data Elements.
    The Shift Data Elements pop-up is displayed.
  3. Specify the required information in the data element fields.
    Note: The names of these fields depends on the configuration that is set up by the system administrator.
  4. Click Submit.
The data elements are updated for the selected shift. A gray arrow indicator is displayed on the shift to indicate that data elements have been updated.
