Coverage Panel

You can use the Coverage Panel to display staff coverage by calculating the required workloads and comparing them to the scheduled hours. Staff requirements are derived from the Staffing Requirements Template (SRT). To display the Coverage Panel on the scheduling screen, select the Coverage Panel check box in the Display Options.

You can also modify the displayed coverage by updating the coverage selection.

Expanding and collapsing the Coverage Panel

The Coverage panel displays several levels: Overall Coverage, Team, Job, and Day Part. When a certain level is collapsed, all the children's levels are not visible. When a certain level is expanded, only that particular level is expanded. All other levels remain unchanged.

When the Coverage Panel is collapsed, only the overall coverage level remains visible.
