Display custom data columns in ASV/MR/OTS

As a scheduler, you can view custom data directly in ASV/MR/OTS. To make this data more functional, weekly totals and display order configuration in the Schedule Data Columns form should be connected to ASV/MR/OTS. To streamline access, a new check box labeled Show Custom Columns is shown in Display Options, both on the main selection screen and in the settings icon when you are viewing a loaded schedule. If this check box is selected, custom columns are displayed alongside other data.

You also have the option to save custom columns within specific presets. You can select up to five custom columns to be displayed to the right of the weekly totals. If there are any errors in custom calculations, an error icon replaces the calculated value, and a tooltip provides details upon hovering. For example, if different data column configurations are included in your selection criteria, an error message is displayed. Despite any errors, you can still perform other operations on the screen.

If you make an error in selection, validation checks prompt you. For instance, when specifying multiple teams or units and clicking the Show Custom Data check box in Display Options, an error message appears. Additionally, if no columns are configured, the check box is grayed out, preventing you from selecting it.

Displaying the custom data columns is fully customizable. Each column can be localized, and shown or hidden based on your security settings. You can expand or collapse custom columns independently from the Weekly Totals columns, which are collapsed by default. If there are no custom columns set to Show When Collapsed, they should be displayed only when the Weekly Totals columns are expanded. When reloading the schedule, ASV/MR/OTS retains the column status based on how you last left it.
