Schedule selection parameters
You must select at least one unit or team to load a schedule. Additional schedule selection parameters can be selected to refine the list of shifts displayed in the schedule. You can click the
button to select the schedule selection parameters. After changing any of the options, you must click the button to refresh the displayed schedule. You can click the button to clear all the selection parameter options.When a unit is selected, the options in the Job and Employee fields are filtered to only include jobs and employees that are associated with the selected unit.
These are the available selection parameters:
- Unit
- Specifies the units or teams to load schedules for.
- Job
- Filters the displayed schedule to only include shifts with one of the selected jobs.
- Employee
- Filters the displayed schedule to only include shifts assigned to one of the specified employees.
- Activity
- Filters the displayed schedule to only show shifts that include one of the specified activities.
- Employee Skill
- Filters the displayed schedule to only show employees that possess one of the specified skills in their employee profile.
- Shift Skill
- Filters the displayed schedule to only show shifts that require one of the specified skills.
- Schedule Status
- Filters the displayed schedule based on the assignment status of shifts. Select the Scheduled option to only display assigned shifts. Select the Unassigned option to only display unassigned shifts.
- Exclude OFF shifts
- Select this check box to not show shifts where the entire shift has been booked off using activities with an Off activity type. This excludes shifts from the displayed schedule that have been booked off for schedule adjustments. For example, selecting this option excludes shifts that have been floated away or shifts that were posted to the Shift Billboard by an employee and claimed by another employee.
