Navigating to Manage Schedule

You can access Manage Schedule through the Admin Portal or Self-service Portal.

  1. From the homepage, select Scheduling > Manage Schedule.
  2. On the Schedule Selection page, specify these parameters:
    Team
    Specify the name of the unit to view the schedule. You can also use the team database lookup to view the list of unit names.
    Include sub-teams
    Optionally, select this check box to add the schedules of sub teams for the selected units.
    Period
    Click the calendar icon to select a date range. By default, the maximum date range is 56 days. An error message is displayed if the selected range exceeds the maximum limit, or if the end date precedes the start date. You can modify the maximum date range and days by adjusting the relevant setting in the registry.

  3. Click Load Schedule to display the list of employees and their shifts for the selected period.
  4. If you need to modify the schedule selections, click the unit or period row to open the Schedule Selection page.
  5. Specify the Team, Include sub-teams, and Period.
  6. Click Load Schedule to display the updated list.
  7. Optionally, you can move the date ranges by period by clicking the arrows in the selected period row.
