Canceling a broadcasted shift either on ASV or Relief Management decreases the Award Limit in Vocantas by the number of available shifts under that callout. For example, if the initial Award Limit displayed in Vocantas is 3, canceling one shift from the group will change the Award Limit to 2. If you cancel two shifts and one is awarded, the broadcast callout will be closed since all the broadcasted shifts are accounted for.
