Shift cell detail card

By default, you can view this information in the shift cell:
  • Primary attribute

    If the shift label is not available, the default selection for the Primary attribute is the Shift label field or the Start and End time field.

  • Secondary attribute

    The default selection for the Secondary attribute is Activity code.

  • Icon

    The icons vary based on the actions on the shift.

You can configure how employee information is displayed in a shift cell in the Display Options.

A bottom panel is displayed when you left-click a shift cell. The panel shows this shift information:

Items Description
Compliance Warnings Displays compliance warnings when a violation occurs.

Comments Displays the list of all the comments along with username and datetime.
Lock/Pending information Displays any pending or lock information on a shift.
Shift Attributes Displays the shift start, shift end time, and other attributes that you can configure such as Details Day, Team, Job, Activity, Docket, Department, Project, UDF1-10, and Flag1-10.
Meals and Breaks Displays these attributes in this section: Time, Duration, Type, UDFs 1–10, and Flags 1–10.
Skills Displays these attributes in this section: Name, Level, Mandatory, UDFs 1–5, and Flags 1–5.
Shift Data Elements Displays these attributes in this section: Data 1–10 and Flags 1–10.
