Unassigning shifts

You can unassign employees from shifts in Central Staffing, except for shifts published from a Master Rotation or One-time Schedule.

  1. Load a schedule.
  2. Right-click the shift you want to unassign and select Unassign.
    The Unassign Shift pop-up is displayed. If unassigning the employee from the shift would cause schedule compliance warnings or errors, a list of potential schedule compliance warnings is displayed.
  3. Perform one of these options:
    • If no warnings or errors are found, click Submit to unassign the shift or click Close to cancel.
    • If only warnings are found, click Submit to confirm the warnings and unassign the shift or click Close to cancel.
    • If any errors are found, the employee cannot be unassigned from the shift. Click Close to cancel.
