Mobile Offer features for offers sent through Vocantas

With version 2023.10, integration with Vocantas was enhanced to enable these features for offers sent through ASV or the Relief Queue:
  • Send a customized Notification Message with an offer.
  • Auto-Launch: When selected, an offer is sent automatically. The scheduler is not required to launch it manually from within MVS.
  • Grouping multiple similar shifts in a single call. The criteria for determining if shifts are similar is shown here:
    • Team Name/Location

    • Job Name

    • Shift Label

    • Shift Date

    • Shift Start and End time

With release 2024.04, integration with Vocantas was enhanced to send a specified group of shifts to Vocantas as a single block. These shifts are grouped based on relief block IDs to ensure compliance for employee book-offs or vacancies:
  • Each block is a separate callout
  • Each block of shifts must be claimed in full or not at all
  • Even a single shift has its own callout since it requires a unique relief block ID
Note: To create a single relief block, use Mass Edit to create a single relief transaction.

Additionally, the WFM application was enhanced to send shifts to Vocantas without any value specified for the offer window duration. Schedulers can use the priority duration that they set in the UI instead of the default registry parameter.

In order for schedulers to use these features, system administrators must:
  • Set parameters.
  • Enable some features in Config mode.
  • Give access to the appropriate user groups in Element Security.
